  • Reserve via website, text, phone call, or email.
  • Secure the reservation with a $50.00 deposit.
  • We will contact you a day before your event to reconfirm reservation information, and to provide an accurate timeframe.
  • We will deliver and set-up the equipment for your event.
  • We will return to pick-up the equipment.

While we provide the proper equipment for a safe install, the customer will need to provide:

  • Access to the set-up site. Please refer to our sizing guide displayed in the inventory description.
  • Electrical access to a regular 110v outlet. We will provide 100 feet of extension cord. The customer will need to provide additional cord in necessary.
  • (Optional) If using water, please provide a hose long enough to reach slightly beyond the set-up site.

We understand event planning may be stressful. We offer flexible delivery hours between 7:00 AM to 1:00 PM. We ask for your support to provide us with your actual event start time to allow us to coordinate a successful schedule for yourself and your fellow customers.

Under no circumstances should water be used with any inflatable that is not designed for such use. However, there are inflatables designed for use with water. We will be glad to let you know what water units are available for you to rent for your event. A hose will need to be provided by customer if inflatable is allowed to be used with water. The hose must be long enough to connect safely to our connector. 

Everything! Our units are a perfect addition to any party, event, or celebration. You can find one of our vast selection of bouncers, water slides, and interactive units at occasions including but not limited to: birthday parties, church festivals, charity events, corporate events, company picnics, school field days, grand openings, family reunions, Vacation Bible Schools, summer camps, and much more!

Yes! All of our units are cleaned thoroughly. We are committed to making sure that your children are playing in a clean, well maintained, and safe environment. After each rental, every unit is thoroughly cleaned by commercial vinyl cleaners, disinfected, and sanitized. Once the unit is clean, it will be inspected to ensure cleanliness.

Our inflatables can be set up on grass, cement, concrete, asphalt, or even indoors with a different anchoring system available for every possible combination. When placing your reservation, please let us know on what type of terrain your rental will be installed. Inflatables that are setup on grass are anchored with long steel stakes 1″x18″, while inflatables that are setup on other surfaces or indoors are anchored with sandbags.

As a small business we are very flexible with our rescheduling/cancellation procedures.
