If customer service and quality are important to you than look no further. Marco was very responsive, personable, and informative. Delivery was seamless. And since it was a rainy weekend, Marco and his fiance dried the moon bounce to the best of their ability before leaving. I would definitely recommend Jump City 10/10.

My husband & I rented the castle slide bouncy house for Independence Day cookout. The bouncy house was amazing. The kids couldn’t get enough of it. Marco and his wife were so professional, communicative, punctual and affordable. The bouncy house was cheaper than any other company in the area. Jump City is the best rental by far! Marco and his wife were great to work with! I texted inquiring about a bounce house and the date I needed it for. They set it up a couple hours before the party, then came and picked it up the following day. The birthday sports combo was a perfect bounce house & waterslide for my daughter’s combined birthday party with all their friends. It was used non stop from the time it was set up until long after the party was over. Highly recommend- already have to multiple friends!

Jump City, LLC provided an inflatable obstacle course for a family party. The customer service was excellent and friendly. The inflatable was top notch, very clean and very reasonably priced. Delivery, set up and take down services were included. It provided hours of fun for our kids ages 3 to 21. A few adults took a turn or two as well. I highly recommend Jump City, LLC to anyone looking for an inflatable for fun, family entertainment!
